At CJs, it wasn’t about anything big or dramatic just a quiet moment, a glass of ice cream, and a pause from everything else.

         A glass of icecream to me is therapy 😋 

Sometimes, life doesn’t need grand plans or loud experiences. Sometimes, it’s found in the simple things the first spoonful, the sweetness, the calm that comes with just sitting and being present.

In a world that’s always rushing, choosing to slow down, even for a moment like this, is its own kind of peace.

Because not every memory has to be loud to matter. Some are soft, sweet, and just enough.
